Why might my artwork look different from the photos?
♡ Each artwork is individually sculpted by me, so no two pieces are exactly the same. While I do my best to stay true to the product images, slight variations in colour, form, or scent may occur.
Thermoplastic artworks FAQ
★ Is your thermoplastic safe for daily home use?
♡ Yes. I make each sculpture using non toxic thermoplastic. The raw material comes bleached, and I dye it by hand using non toxic mica powders, similar to those found in makeup. Each piece is then sealed with a UV resistant topcoat for durability.
Please note that thermoplastic is not food safe.
★ How can I care for my thermoplastic artworks?
♡ With the right care, your piece can last a long time. I recommend keeping it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and open flames.
♡ If there are any spills, clean gently with a soft sponge and mild soap. Pat dry with a microfibre cloth. Please avoid alcohol based cleaners.

Candle artworks FAQ
★ Are your candles suitable for people with allergies or sensitivities?
♡ I make each candle using high quality ingredients, including soy wax, beeswax, botanical oils, and candle safe dyes and scents. These materials are thoughtfully chosen, but sensitivities can vary from person to person. Please review the ingredient list on each product page before purchasing. If irritation occurs, stop using it immediately.
★ How can I safely enjoy my candle?
♡ Please keep these safety tips in mind:
• Never leave a burning candle unattended • Burn on a heatproof surface, away from drafts, pets, and children • Trim the wick to a quarter inch before each burn • Remove any decorative elements before lighting • Keep away from flammable materials

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
♡ I run this studio on my own, so please allow up to one week for your order to be prepared and shipped.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email with tracking details when it has been dispatched.
♡ For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply when your parcel arrives. These fees are not within my control and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Packages may also be opened and inspected by customs. If you have concerns, I recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
♡ As each artwork is slowly made-to-order, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
However, If your order arrives damaged, please email me at pandandreams@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and its packaging so I can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Is my personal information safe with Pandan Dreams?
♡ Yes. I value your trust. Any personal information you share (like your name, address or payment info) is kept private and used only to fulfil your order. I don’t sell your data, and only share it with trusted partners like Shopify and payment providers when needed.
