Pandan Dreams offers free expedited shipping to most countries worldwide. For more remote regions, shipping availability may vary. If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, feel free to get in touch before placing your order.

We offer free standard shipping (via J&T) to Singapore & Malaysia. Approximate delivery timelines are as follows (inclusive of customs clearance):
☆ Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Shipping
We currently offer free expedited courier shipping via FedEx to most countries worldwide. Approximate delivery timelines are as follows (inclusive of customs clearance):
☆ Asia Pacific: 3–5 business days
☆ US, UK, Canada, Australia: 4–6 business days
☆ Europe and other regions: 5–7 business days
Please note: These are estimated timeframes and delays can occasionally happen, especially during busy periods or due to customs processing. We’ll always try to help track your package, but once your order is on its way, delivery is in the hands of the shipping provider. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for packages that are lost in transit.

✦ International Customs & Duties

International packages may also be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase or shipping costs.
If a shipment is refused and returned due to unpaid customs or import fees, the customer will be liable for all original shipping fees, return costs, and any import charges incurred.

✦ Change of Address

Please check your address carefully before ordering. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once the order is shipped out, changes will not be possible and we cannot refund orders that are lost or returned due to incorrect addresses.

✦ Returns & Exchanges

Each item at Pandan Dreams is handmade to order with care and intention. Because of this, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged.
If something’s gone wrong in transit, don’t worry—we’re here to help. 
Please email hello@pandandreams.studio within 7 days from receiving your parcel — with clear photos of both the item and its packaging, and we'll take care of the next steps.
Please note:
☆ We cannot accept returns due to a change of mind.
☆ Refunds are not offered unless a product is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival.
☆ Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
