I currently offer standard shipping via SingPost to most countries worldwide. For more remote locations, availability may vary. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

✦ Processing Time ✦

I ship all orders from my studio in Singapore. As I run this studio on my own, please allow up to 5 to 7 working days for your order to be made before it is sent out.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

✦ Estimated Delivery Times ✦

Delivery times vary depending on your location and may be affected by customs or local postal delays.
Singapore & Malaysia

Please note that these are estimates. Delays may happen during busy periods or due to customs. Once your order has been dispatched, I will do my best to help track it. However, final delivery is handled by the shipping provider.
If you require faster shipping, feel free to email me before placing your order. I can look into expedited options on a case-by-case basis.

✦ International Customs & Duties ✦

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply when your parcel arrives. These fees are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Packages may also be opened and inspected by customs. If you have concerns, I recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
If a shipment is refused and returned due to unpaid fees, the customer will be responsible for any shipping and return costs incurred.
✦ Lost or Delayed Parcels
While I take care in packing and sending each order, I am not able to offer refunds for parcels lost in transit.
If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out and I will do my best to assist.

✦ Change of Address ✦

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If your order has not been shipped, I will do my best to update it. Once it has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible, and I am unable to refund orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

✦ Returns & Exchanges ✦

Each piece is handmade to order, so I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please email me at hello@pandandreams.studio within 3 days of delivery, with clear photos of the item and packaging. I will help resolve this as quickly as I can.
